We are pleased to be assisting Perranzabuloe Parish Council in mapping and identifying adits and shafts on the North Coast as part of their strategy to improve safety considerations for beach users.

The housing market remains very slack, caused, obviously, by the difficulty in obtaining mortgage finance. However, the Search Department is now very busy with a major study into a significant length of the rail network in the local area, this will keep us out of mischief for a while.

Cornwall Consultants has been awarded the contract for a study of the concrete in a five-storey building in Plymouth. This involves cover depth to rebar, chloride attack, cement content, concrete class and strength as well as aggregate type. Well outside the usual mundic testing routine.
Searches at present include ongoing large tracts of land for potential SWW pipeline routes

Some improvement in the housing market and we are busy carrying out several Phase 1 studies for Cornwall Council.
