Geologist
Nic grew up in the local area taking jobs including working for HM Customs and Excise and being a painter and decorator. However, his interest in mining history and mineral collection led to taking a degree in Industrial Geology at Camborne School of Mines, graduating in 2001 and joining Cornwall Consultants immediately thereafter.
Although he carries out mining searches, he is most frequently found on site for investigations and inspections.
He is actively involved with local mining clubs for the preservation of historic mining features and he is an avid mineral collector and underground explorer.
